Control Panel

1. Timer
The timer operates as a reverse timer, i.e. the air
cooler operates during the set time. The maxi-
mum time that can be set is 7.5 hours. Each time
the switch is pressed, the time is increased by 30
minutes.
2. Fan speed
Adjustment of the fan speed (low, medium, high)
3. Oscillation
The vertical air outlet louvres are automatically
tilted back and forth to an angle of 100°. The
horizontal louvres can be adjusted by hand.

Always place the appliance on a stable, even and horizontal floor.
•
The appliance must only ever be operated when it is in an upright position.
•
Before connecting the appliance, always ensure that the mains voltage of the power socket is correct.

Do not use the appliance in the bathroom.
•
Do not operate the appliance with wet hands if it is connected to the mains power supply.
•
If the appliance falls over during operation, the mains plug should be removed immediately.
•
Do not disassemble the air cooler without the appropriate authorisation.
•
Do not sit on the appliance as it may fall over.

4. Safety Instructions

The appliance must not be used for commercial purposes!

The appliance must not be used in the bath!

The appliance must not be used by persons, including children, with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been instructed in the
use of the appliance by a person who is responsible for their safety!

Children must not be allowed to play with this appliance!
•
The appliance must be set up so that the mains plug is accessible at all times!
•
Before use, the mains cable must be checked for any visible signs of damage. A damaged mains lead must
only be replaced by a suitably qualified professional!
•
For operation, the appliance must only be connected to a shockproof safety socket which complies with the
regulations.
•
Never unplug the mains plug from the power socket when the appliance is in operation!
•
Never touch the switches or the appliance with wet hands! There is a risk of electric shock!
•
Never insert fingers or other objects into the air inlet openings!
•
Do not breath in the cool air directly from the appliance, i.e. do not stand in the direct path of the cool
airflow.
•
Do not place animals or plants in the direct path of the cool airflow.
•
Repairs to defective appliances must only be carried out by an authorised specialist workshop or authorised
service department!
•
Switch off the appliance immediately and unplug the mains plug from the power socket if an unusual noise
can be heard or if there is a smell of burning! Do not continue to operate the appliance as this could lead to
the appliance being damaged and it could cause an electric shock or the risk of fire!
