Introduction
The appliance has been equipped with a built-in
safety lock that prevents it from functioning if the
accessories have been assembled incorrectly or
have not been assembled at all.
Never use the accessories to turn the appliance
on and off!
The appliance is equipped with an automatic
thermal cut-off system.This system will
automatically cut off the power supply to the
appliance in case of overheating.
If your appliance suddenly stops running:
1 Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
2 Let the appliance cool down for 30
minutes.
3 Switch the appliance on again.
Please contact your Philips dealer or authorised
Philips service centre if the auomatic thermal cut-
off system is activated too often. CAUTION: In
order to avoid a hazardous situation due to
inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-off, this
appliance must not be connected to a timer
switch.
