Using
1. Rinse the 2 slot burger press before first use. Dry the
burger press thoroughly and rub the burger press slotes
lightly with edible oil.
2. Mix the minced meat and season according to taste. Form
two burgers with each 100 g for thin burgers or with each
200 g for thick burgers.
3. Place the meat into the slots and press the stamp on the
slots. Make sure to press evenly and firmly. If the burgers
get stuck turn over the slot burger press and slightly tap out
the meat.
Cleaning
1. Clean the burger press only by hand. Do not use steel wool
or abrasive cleaners which contain sand or the abrasive
side of sponges. Do not wash the burger press in the dish-
washer.
2. Use a soft cloth to dry the burger press. Before each use,
wipe the burger press slots with little edible oil.
