Product and model description and use
The BRK 820 full face masks are Category III PPE for the respiratory tract, as defined
in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2016/425, and meet the requirements of technical stand-
ard EN136:1998, Class 3.
The BRK 820 full face masks protect the respiratory tract and eyes from volatile sub-
stances, such as particles, microorganisms, biochemical substances, gas/vapours, or
combinations of these.
The air inhaled through the inhalation valve in the fitting reaches the inside of the mask;
part of the air passes through the non-return valves of the inner mask, part of it runs
along the inner part of the visor to prevent fogging. The used air is then expelled into the
atmosphere through two exhalation valves.
