4.5 Changing the battery

You can change the battery (type CR 2050) of the chest band for yourself. The
battery compartment is located on the inside of the chest band. You can use a coin
to open the battery compartment. The positive pole must point upwards. Close the
battery compartment carefully.
NB: Empty batteries should not be disposed of with domestic refuse.
They should be taken to a collection point for empty batteries
(minor chemical waste).

4.6 Safety

People who have heart and circulatory problems or who have pacemakers should
only use this device after consulting their doctor.

4.7 Technical data

4.8 Warranty

Your bicycle manufacturer gives a 6-month guarantee against any material and/or
construction faults in the chest band and/or receiver. You can only claim on the
guarantee on presentation of the purchase receipt. The warranty period starts on the
day of purchase. Always contact your dealer to process warranty claims. Your dealer
will ensure that the claim is dealt with correctly.
The following are not covered by the warranty:

injudicious use
•
external damage (from dropping, impact etc.)
•
batteries
