Troubleshooting
Problem
The device does not function even though I
pressed the On/Off button.
The air purifier is making loud noises.
The air does not seem to be purified.
The air quality indicator only indicates red.
Service
Check list
• Is the power cable connected to the
socket?
• A re the two filter covers (front and back)
correctly mounted?
• Have you removed the plastic wrappings
from the filters?
• Have the filters been, in fact, fitted?
• Is the ambient air over-contaminated?
• Is the room too large?
• Is there any obstacle near the device?
• Is the device set up where air movements
are restricted?
• Have you missed out on the time for the
filter change?
• Are the filters very contaminated?
• Have you removed the plastic wrappings
from the filters?
• Have you missed out on the time for the

• Is the room too large?
• Are windows and doors possibly open?
• A re there other sources of fine dust in the
room?
• Is the fine dust sensor dirty?

Recommendation
• Insert the mains plug into a 220-240 V,
50 Hz socket.
• Correctly assemble the device.
• Remove the plastic wrappings.

• Mount the filters (Page 21)
• Ventilate the room before using the
device.
• Use the device where its coverage limit is
not exceeded. (Do not set up the device
at a well aired spot, such as a door or a
window.
• Remove all obstacles.
• Set up the device at another place.
• Change the filter when required to.

• Close windows and doors.
