Operating the Test Kit
Information on Operating
Observe the following information with regard to operating the test kit:
„ Pay attention that no air is drawn in during the pumping process!
► Hold the test kit at a slight angle so that the intake socket is always enclosed by
hydraulic fluid!
„ Pay attention that there is sufficient hydraulic fluid in the supply tank.
► If the quantity of hydraulic fluid is too low, refill it.
„ In the case of small volume, well-ventilated systems, a high pressure is built up after
just a few pumping movements.
► Pay attention that the maximum permissible pressure is not exceeded.
„ After reaching 400 bar, a great deal of effort is required to pump when the hand
grips are in their starting position.
► Increase the pressure using the fine adjustment valve.
