ATTENTION
Blasting Areas
To avoid interference with blasting operation, switch off all electronic
devices in blasting areas or areas where signs tell you to turn off two-
way radio systems. Construction personnel often use RF remote control
devices to detonate explosives.
Potentially Explosive Atmospheres
Switch off the electronic device while in areas with a potentially
explosive atmosphere. While it is unusual, the electronic device can
generate sparks. In such areas these sparks could cause an explosion
or fire with a consequent risk of personal injury or even death.
Areas with a potentially explosive atmosphere are usually clearly
marked, though not always.
Electric Power
Connect the alternating current (AC) electrical adaptor only to
designated power supplies in accordance to the product instructions.
To reduce the risk of damage to the electrical cable, unplug it from the
wall socket by pulling on the AC adaptor rather than the cable.
Make sure the cable is placed so that nobody can tread on or trip over
it, and that it is not pulled tight or exposed to any kind of damage. To
reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the device from the power
supply before cleaning it.
The AC adaptor must not be used in the open air or in damp places.
DANGER: Never change the cable or the AC plug. If the plug does not
fit into the socket, ask a qualified electrician to install a suitable socket.
Incorrect connection can cause electric shocks.
