1.1 - Installation guidelines
Important: installation and electrical connection of
devices and appliances must be carried out by skilled
people and in compliance with statutory regulations.
The manufacturer declines any liability regarding the
use of products subject to special environmental and/
or installation standards. Examples given in the man-
ual are purely indicative.
Install the chronothermostat 1.50 to 1.70 m from the
floor, well away from heat sources, air vents, doors or
windows and anything else that could affect its opera-
tion (fig. 1.i - fig. 2.i).
Cabinets, walls and slabs containing metal can
limit the operation of the product.
With the support of the "test" (see heading 2.19)
function, it is possible to verify in advance the opti-
mum position (of best signal reception) for installing
the timer-thermostat and receiver.
1.2 - Example of installation
Example of installation in a heating system with
wireless chronothermostat that controls a surface-
mounted boiler (fig. 3.i).

l'installation
Important: l'installation et le branchement électrique
des dispositifs et appareils doivent être effectués par
du personnel compétent et conformément aux nor-
mes et aux réglementations en vigueur. Le cons-
tructeur décline toute responsabilité en ce qui con-
cerne l'utilisation de produits devant respecter des
normes particulières quant au milieu ambiant et/ou à
l'installation. Les exemples présentés dans cette do-
cumentation sont indicatifs.
Si possible, installer le chronothermostat à 1,50 ÷ 1,70
m du sol et à bonne distance des sources de cha-
leur, des prises d'air, des portes ou des fenêtres et
de tout ce qui peut agir sur le fonctionnement (fig. 1.i
- fig 2.i).
Armoires, murs et sols en matière métallique peu-
vent limiter le fonctionnement du produit.
Le support de la fonction "test" (voir paragraphe
2.19) permet de vérifier préalablement la position op-
timale (de meilleure réception du signal) d'installa-
tion du chronothermostat et du récepteur.

Exemple d'installation dans un système de chauffage
avec chronothermostat sans fil qui commande la
chaudière murale (fig. 3.i).

Hinweis: Die Installation und der elektrische
Anschluss der Geräte müssen von qualifizierten Fach-
kräften im Einklang mit den geltenden Normen und
gesetzlichen Vorschriften ausgeführt werden. Der
Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung für die Verwen-
dung von Produkten, für die spezielle Einsatz-
bedingungen oder Installationsnormen gelten.
Die diesbezüglich angegebenen Beispiele entspre-
chen den gültigen Normen.
Bringen Sie den Zeitthermostat möglichst in einer
Höhe von 1,50 ÷ 1,70 m, entfernt von Wärmequellen,
Luftzufuhrgittern, Fenstern und Türen und weiteren
den Betrieb des Gerätes beeinträchtigenden Gegen-
ständen bzw. Umständen an (Abb. 1.i - Abb. 2.i).
Wandschränke oder Metallplatten können die
Funktion des Gerätes einschränken.
Mit Hilfe der Funktion "test" (siehe Abschnitt 2.19)
kann präventiv die optimale Position (bester Empfang
des Signals) für die Installation des Zeitthermostats
und des Empfängers ermittelt werden.
1.2 - Installationsbeispiele
Installationsbeispiel für eine Heizungsanlage mit
Drahtloser Zeitthermostat zur Steuerung des wand-
montierten Durchlauferhitzers (Abb. 3.i).
