4 CLEANING AND HYGIENE

Before any cleaning intervention, take the counter
to "0" ERO ENERGY STATE": Master Switch (1)
at "0" "OFF" (Fig. 19) and counter switch (2) at "0"
(OFF) (Fig. 20).
Do not clean with tools or abrasive sponges.
- When it is necessary to clean and sanitize the
counter, avoiding aggressive chemical detergents.
- If detergents or soaps are used, even neutral, rinse
well before contact with foodstuffs.
The inside of the compartment must be cleaned in
the same way as the outside.
-Remove the products from the compartment.
-Disconnect the electric power supply
-Clean the inside of the counter with a sponge or
damp cloth, using warm water and without soaps.

-Do not use a large amount of water
- The refrigerated compartment has now been
cleaned.
