3. IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be observed, including the following:
• Read all instructions
• Never use the unit if it is damaged in any way
• To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or any part of the unit, in water or other liquids. Do not
place or store the unit where it can fall or be pulled into a bathtub or sink.
• Do not use while bathing or in a shower.
• Do not operate if the cord or plug is damaged or after the unit has mal-functioned or has been damaged in any manner. In
such case, return the unit to the nearest authorized service facility for examination and repair.
• Closely supervise use when the unit is being used by children, invalids or disabled persons.
• Never use while sleeping
• Do not use just prior to going to bed. The massaging action has a stimulating affect and may delay sleep.
• Never block the air openings of the unit or place in on a soft surface, such as a bed or soft couch where the openings may
be blocked. Keep air openings free of lint.
• Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the table or come in contact with hot surfaces
• Ensure that he unit is placed on a firm level surface near an electrical outlet.
• Be sure to disconnect the unit from any electrical outlet prior to cleaning and when no in use. Never attempt to remove
the plug by pulling by the power cord.
• Do not use any accessory attachments that are not supplied with the unit.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not operate the unit under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heat can cause a fire, electrical shock or other injury.
• Do not use the vibrating massager directly on one concentrated area of the body. Vibrating massagers are designed to be
used in a continual motion, constantly changing the massaged area.
• Do not use the unit for other than the intended use.
• To disconnect, move the control slide to the O position, then remove the plug from the electrical outlet.
• Do not use the unit with an extension cord.
• No liability can be accepted for any damage caused by non-compliance with these instructions or improper use or mishandling.
• Not for medical use
• This appliance has a hot surface. Persons who are insensitive to heat must be careful when using the unit.
• If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized service agent or similarly qualified
person.
