INSTALLAZIONE DI ACCESSORI BUS 2EASY
Sulla linea BUS 2easy possono essere installati più dispositivi: fotocel-
lule, coste di sicurezza e dispositivi di comando.
 
La scheda gestisce i dispositivi di comando BUS 2easy, solo
se il firmware è aggiornato alla versione FW 2.9 o successiva.
1. Verificare l'indirizzo (posizione dei DIP) di ogni dispositivo installato.
 1 DISPOSITIVI DI COMANDO. La posizione dei DIP assegna i
comandi. Attenzione: un comando (es.: OPEN A_1) deve essere
utilizzato su un solo dispositivo tra quelli collegati. Stop NC genera
uno stop anche nel momento in cui il dispositivo viene scollegato.
 2 FOTOCELLULE (FSW). La posizione dei DIP identifica la coppia
trasmittente-ricevente e assegna il tipo di funzionamento: fotocellula
attiva in fase di chiusura (CL FSW), in apertura (OP FSW), in apertura
e chiusura (OP/CL FSW), o per impulso (OPEN). Attenzione: in una
coppia di fotocellule, la trasmittente e la ricevente devono avere
lo stesso indirizzo, ma non ci devono essere due o più coppie di
fotocellule con lo stesso indirizzo.
 3 COSTE DI SICUREZZA (Edge). Le coste possono essere pro-
grammate per il riconoscimento di un ostacolo in fase di chiusura (CL
Edge), o di apertura (OP Edge), o in entrambe le fasi. Attenzione:
gli indirizzi riservati alle coste non devono essere assegnati alle
fotocellule.
2. Alimentare la scheda.
3. Eseguire la memorizzazione dei dispositivi BUS 2easy (vedere
istruzioni della scheda). Attenzione: quando sono installati più
dispositivi, se sono presenti 2 o più indirizzi uguali, la scheda va
in errore (conflitto). Gli indirizzi dei dispositivi di comando non
generano conflitto con Fotocellule o Coste di sicurezza e viceversa.
Attenzione: ripetere sempre la memorizzazione BUS 2easy, dopo una
modifica di indirizzo su un dispositivo.
SEGNALAZIONI RELATIVE AL BUS 2EASY
 
Il Led ROSSO BUS 2easy lampeggiante segnala attività del
dispositivo di comando, o che la fotocellula è impegnata o
non allineata.
INGRESSI CONFIGURABILI PER SICUREZZA COSTA (J13)
Il funzionamento delle coste collegate agli ingressi configurabili della
morsettiera J13 può essere programmato mediante le funzioni Ob , SP.
Programmazione 2° livello
Ob Open B / Close / Sicurezza Costa / Costa in chiusura:
00 = OPEN B
01 = CLOSE
02 = Sicurezza Costa in apertura e chiusura (contatto N.C.)
03 = Sicurezza Costa in chiusura (contatto N.C.)
Se è impostata una logica di funzionamento che prevede
l'utilizzo del comando di CLOSE (logica b, bC, C), Ob è
impostata su 01 non modificabile.

INSTALLATION OF BUS 2EASY ACCESSORIES
Multiple devices can be installed on the BUS 2easy line: photocells,
safety edges and control devices.
 
The board controls the BUS 2easy control devices only if the
firmware has been updated to version FW 2.9 or later.
1. Check the address (DIP switch position) of each installed device.
 1 CONTROL DEVICES. The commands are assigned by the po-
sition of the DIP switches. Warning: a command (e.g.: OPEN A_1)
must be used on only one of the connected devices. Stop NC also
generates a stop when the device is disconnected.
 2 PHOTOCELLS (FSW). The position of the DIP switches
identifies the transmitter-receiver pair and assigns the type of
operation: photocell active during closing (CL FSW), during opening
(OP FSW), during opening and closing (OP/CL FSW) or by impulse
(OPEN). Warning: the transmitter and receiver of a pair of photo-
cells must have the same address, but there must never be two or
more pairs of photocells with the same address.
 3 SAFETY EDGES (Edge). The edges can be programmed to
recognise and obstacle during closing (CL Edge) or opening (OP
Edge), or during both opening and closing. Warning: the address-
es reserved for the edges must not be assigned to the photocells.
2. Turn power on to the board.
3. Store the BUS 2easy devices (see board instructions). Warn-
ing: when multiple devices are installed, if there are 2 or more
addresses that are the same, it will generate a conflict error on the
board. The addresses of control devices do not generate conflicts
with Photocells or Safety edges or vice versa.
Warning: Always repeat the BUS 2easy storage procedure after the
address of a device has been modified.
ALERTS RELATING TO BUS 2EASY
 
The flashing RED BUS 2easy LED indicates the activity of the
control device, or that the photocell is engaged or not aligned.
CONFIGURABLE INPUTS FOR SAFETY EDGE SAFETY (J13)
The operation of the edges connected to the configurable inputs of
terminal board J13 can be programmed via the functions Ob , SP.

INSTALLATION D'ACCESSOIRES BUS 2EASY
On peut installer plusieurs dispositifs sur la ligne BUS 2easy
: des photocellules, des bords de sécurité et des dispositifs
de commande.
 
La carte gère les dispositifs de commande BUS 2easy,
uniquement si le micrologiciel est mis à jour à la
version FW 2.9 ou à la version suivante.
1. Vérifier l'adresse (position des DIP) de chaque dispositif
installé.
 1 DISPOSITIFS DE COMMANDE. La position des DIP
attribue les commandes. Attention : une commande (ex.
: OPEN A_1) doit être utilisée sur un seul dispositif parmi
ceux connectés. Stop NC génère un arrêt même au moment
où le dispositif est déconnecté.
 2 PHOTOCELLULES (FSW). La position des DIP identifie
la paire émettrice–réceptrice et attribue le type de fonc-
tionnement : photocellule active en phase de fermeture (CL
FSW), en ouverture (OP FSW), en ouverture et en fermeture
(OP/CL FSW), ou par impulsion (OPEN). Attention : dans
une paire de photocellules, l'émettrice et la réceptrice
doivent avoir la même adresse, mais on admet une seule
paire de photocellules avec la même adresse.
 3 BORDS DE SÉCURITÉ (Edge). Les bords peuvent
être programmés pour la reconnaissance d'un obstacle en
phase de fermeture (CL Edge), ou d'ouverture (OP Edge), au
cours des deux phases. Attention : les adresses réservées
aux bords ne doivent pas être attribuées aux photocellules.
2. Mettre la carte sous tension.
3. Procéder à la mémorisation des dispositifs BUS 2easy
(voir les instructions de la carte). Attention : lorsque
plusieurs dispositifs sont installés, en présence de 2 ou
plusieurs adresses identiques, la carte indique une erreur
(conflit). Les adresses des dispositifs de commande ne
génèrent aucun conflit avec des Photocellules ou des Bords
de sécurité et vice versa.
Attention : Toujours répéter la mémorisation BUS 2easy,
après une modification d'adresse sur un dispositif.
SIGNALISATIONS RELATIVES AU BUS 2EASY
 
La LED ROUGE BUS 2easy clignotante signale l'activité
du dispositif de commande ou bien l'engagement ou
le non-alignement de la photocellule.
ENTRÉES CONFIGURABLES POUR SÉCURITÉ BORD (J13)
Le fonctionnement des bords raccordés aux entrées confi-
gurables du bornier J13 peut être programmé moyennant
les fonctions Ob , SP.
