Langzeit-Schmiereinheit montieren

Werden mehrere Führungswagen auf einer Schiene mit LZV
ausgerüstet, zum Einbau Montageschiene verwenden.
■
Führungswagen an Schienenende fahren.
■
Schmiernippel aus Kopfstück entfernen.
■
Standard-Abstreifer aus Kopfstück entfernen!
■
Schrauben aus Kopfstück entfernen.
Beachten, dass Kopfstück/Umlenkschalen nicht
herunterfallen und keine Kugeln aus dem System fallen!
INA empfiehlt zum Schutz von Schmierstoff und Laufbahn
die Langzeit-Schmiereinheit LZV mit dem
Frontabstreifer ABE KUVE P2 zu kombinieren.

Fitting the long term lubrication unit

If several carriages on a guideway are to be equipped with LZV,
fitting should be carried out using a fitting guideway.
■
Move the carriage to the end of the guideway.
■
Remove the lubrication nipple
■
Remove the standard wiper from the end piece.
■
Remove the screws from the end piece.
Ensure that the end piece or return elements do not drop
and that balls do not fall out of the system.
In order to protect the lubricant and raceway, INA recommends
that the long term lubrication unit LZV should be combined
with the end wiper ABE KUVE P2.
