Cleaning and maintenance

Remove sawdust and dirt using a vacuum
cleaner, compressed air or a brush.
Check that the motor ventilation slots are
not blocked.
The saw can be cleaned by wiping its
exterior parts with a damp cloth.
Remove the baseplate and lubricate all
moving parts with a light oil.
Never use strong or corrosive detergents on
the blade. These can damage the light metal

parts of the saw and affect its function.
If the carbon brushes are worn down, they
must be replaced.
