SETTING P2P
Using the M-VMS app you can access the NVR "live" view from your mobile device.
The P2P service allows connection to the NVR without setting up port-forwarding on the router.
Right-click on the live view and choose MENU ⇒ SYSTEM ⇒ NETWORK ⇒ P2P to display the screen
in the screenshot.
1. Choose [Enable] from the drop-down P2P menu;
2. Press the Apply button to confirm the settings.
NOTE: For reasons of security, if the firmware of the device you are using matches one of those
listed below, the P2P function must be registered before it is used.
If the firmware version is 71.7.0.5-R13 or later or the firmware version is 72.7.0.5-r13 or later, you
must contact your seller to ask for assistance.
Otherwise, you can just save the information entered on the P2P page.
If the operation is unsuccessful, check these suggestions:
Error displayed
[Network Error]
[Register failed]
[Unknown Error]
After enabling, you can add the NVR on the M-VMS application by scanning the QR code on the P2P
page, or by entering the MAC address manually.
