CONTROLS
The hood is fi tted with a control panel with
aspiration speed selection control and a
light switch to control cooking area lights.
Use the high suction speed in cases
of concentrated kitchen vapours. It is
recommended that the cooker hood suction
is switched on for 5 minutes prior to cooking
and to leave in operation during cooking
and for another 15 minutes approximately
after terminating cooking.
The control switches are located on the
hood's front panel:

1. OFF/Stand By key
With running hood, press shortly to set
the hood to "Stand by" (LED "b" on),
press longer (at least 2 seconds) to
switch off the hood completely (OFF
– all functions are deactivated except
for lighting).
Press longer (at least 2 seconds) to set
the hood back to "Stand by".

4. Speed selection key 1-2-3-1-2-......
5. ON/OFF intensive speed key:
Time - 5 minutes, the display shows the
letter P and the remaining running time,
LED "a" fl ashes.
After the 5 running minutes the hood
gets back to the speed set previously.
6. Timer ON/OFF key (LED "b" fl ashing)
– delays hood switching-off according
to the speed selected:
speed 1: 20 minutes
speed 2: 15 minutes
speed 3: 10 minutes
The display also shows the remaining
running time.
Filter saturation signal
The hood can signal when the fi lters are
saturated and maintenance is therefore
necessary:
Antigrease fi lter saturation signal: the
display shows the letter F.
Activated charcoal fi lter saturation signal:
the display shows the letter C.
Note: The activated charcoal fi lter
saturation signal is deactivated, proceed as
follows to activate it:
Keep keys 4 and 5 pressed
contemporaneously for 3 seconds. At fi rst
the display shows the letter F, then the
letter C. The saturation state control has
now been activated.
To deactivate: keep keys 4 and 5 pressed
for 3 seconds until the letter C disappears
from the diplay.
Restoring the saturation signal
After servicing the fi lters, press key 1 for 3
seconds until the letter F – antigrease fi lter
saturation indicator or the letter C –
activated charcoal fi lter saturation indicator
stops fl ashing.

Attention! In case the hood or the controls
do not work cut power supply for at least
5 seconds and then reconnect. Wait for
15 seconds and check if the hood works
properly.
LIGHTING
Disconnect the hood from the electricity.
Warning! Prior to touching the light bulbs
ensure they are cooled down.
Replace with a new 12 Volt, 20 Watt
(Maximum) halogen light made for a G-4
base SUITABLE FOR USE IN OPEN
LUMINAIRES. Follow package directions
and do not touch new light with bare hands.
