INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
PREPARATION BEFORE USE
l Remove the griddle plate to clean it with a soft damp cloth. Place your
appliance on an even and stable surface. Then put the grill plate on the top of
the unit.
l Check that the voltage marked on the product corresponds with your
supply voltage. Ensure the knob is in the "0" position before plugging the
device in.
l When using this griddle for the first time, there may be a smell
of smoke coming from the surface of the heating element. This is normal
because of the oil protective coating in production.

OPERATION

l Connect the griddle to the power supply. Turn the knob from "0" to "5"
and the indicator light will turn on, showing that the device is working, let pre-
heat the set for 5 minutes.
l For slow cooking, put the food on the griddle plate.
l When finished, turn the knob to "0" and unplug the device from the
socket. Wait until the appliance is completely cooled down before moving or
cleaning it.
