7. Your "Ab Maxx Pro" is now ready for use.

Preparation of the Ab Maxx Pro Mini

1. You can use the small stimulation pad for working out muscle groups on your arm or leg.
4. Before you can start your workout, you will have to apply the enclosed gel to the silicone
electrodes on the back of the stimulation pad. The gel serves as a contact medium between
the skin and electrode. Use preferably water-based gels as a contact medium.
5. Your "Ab Maxx Pro Mini" is now ready for use.

6. Before you can start your workout, you will have to apply the
enclosed gel to the black silicone electrodes. The gel serves as a
contact medium between the skin and electrode. Use preferably
water-based gels as a contact medium.
2. Attach one of the two adjusting belts on the small stimulation
pad using the Velcro® strip.
3. Secure the microprocessor on the small stimulation pad using
the snap fasteners.
