6. Montage Montage Die STÜWE Schrumpfscheiben Typ SDG werden einbaufähig in zwei Hälften geliefert. Die Schrumpfscheibe SDGH besteht nur aus einer Schrumpfscheibenhälfte. Die Kegelflächen sind mit einem feststoffhaltigen Schmierstoff mit hohem MoS -Gehalt geschmiert. Zunächst müssen die Distanzstücke, die sich aus Transportgründen zwischen den Außenringen befinden können, entfernt werden.

Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Außenringe bei der Montage planparallel zueinander bleiben. HINWEIS Zur Sicherheit die Schrauben in 2 weiteren Umläufen mit dem max. Anzugsmoment anziehen.
