STEP 4:
Loosen Knob (No. 10) and insert Handle Bar Tube (No. 7) into
Main Frame (No. 28). Tighten Knob (No. 10) to secure.

STEP 5:
Remove preassembled 2 Bolts (No. 3), 2 Washers (No. 5) and 2
Nuts (No. 6) from the Handle Bar (No. 4) and attach the Handle
Bar (No. 4) to the Handle Bar Tube (No. 7) using 2 Bolts
2 Washers (No. 5)
Spanner (A & B).

STEP 6:
Insert the Meter (No. 41) onto the tab on the Handle Bar (No. 4).
STEP 7:
Attach the Pedal (No. 13 & No. 40) to the Main Frame (No. 28)
and tighten clockwise with Spanner (B).

Turn the End Caps to adjust, to make sure the bike is level on
the ground.
The assembly is complete!
