The basic properties and advantages of AlphaLUXX include:

Robust housing made from corrosion-proof aluminium die casting (alloy: 230D)

Dirt-repellent PTFE surface coating, approved for the food industry

5 mm single-glazed safety glass - optionally with impact-resistant plastic pane

Custom-made, all-round U-profile seal

Customised heat conduction foil for constant, reliable heat dissipation from the LED PCB

Low heat development thanks to state-of-the-art LED technology

Full luminous flux available immediately after switch-on

Low energy consumption with a high light yield

Maintenance-free

Large temperature usage range

No UV / IR radiation

Unaffected by vibration

Spare parts kept in stock by GIFAS, many accessories available ex stock

Lower maintenance costs than with conventional lighting
Caution
Avoid eye irritation caused by looking directly at LED lights for too long.
The composite light can harm the eyes in certain circumstances.
Protective measures
Do not look at the LEDs from a short distance away without using special safety equipment. Safety
goggles with tinted lenses are recommended for protection.
