1) Caricamento impianto
Fare un ponte sul termostato di minima, Tm, del preriscaldatore. Immettere olio nel flessibile
di aspirazione e collegarlo al filtro di linea. Togliere il tappo che chiude l'attacco manometro
sulla pompa.
Dare corrente al bruciatore che partirà: non appena partirà togliere la fotoresistenza FR dalla
sua sede e illuminarla. Il caricamento sarà completato quando dalla pompa uscirà olio senza
bolle di aria. Togliere corrente, riporre la FR nella sua sede e rimontare il tappo sulla pompa.
2) Caricamento serbatoio preriscaldatore
Lasciare ponticellato il Tm. Staccare un filo di collegamento della VE (VE1). Dare corrente
al bruciatore: il motore e la pompa inizieranno il caricamento che sarà completato quando
dal flessibile di ritorno uscirà olio senza bolle di aria. Prima del riempimento completo il
bruciatore andrà in sicurezza per alcune volte. Ricollegare la VE. Togliere il ponte sul Tm Il
bruciatore è pronto per il funzionamento automatico.
1) Installation filling
Make a bridge on preheater minimum thermostat, Tm. Put oil inside the suction flexible pipe and connect it to the line filter.
Take the tap off the pump manometer point. Give current to the burner which will start: as soon as it will start take the
photocell, FR, off its seat and illuminate it. Filling will be completed when oil without any air will come out the pump. Take
the current off, replace the photocell FR in its seat and replace the tap on the pump.
2) Preheater filling
Leave the bridge on minimum thermostat, Tm. Take a wire off the valve VE1. Give current to the burner: motor and pump
will start filling which will be completed when oil without any air will come out from the return flexible pipe. Before the complete
filling the burner will lock out some times. Reconnect the valve VE. Take the bridge off the minimum thermostat, Tm. Burner
is ready for automatic operation.
1) Chargement installation
Faire un pont sur le thermostat minimum, Tm, du préchauffeur. Immetre de l'huile dans le flexible d'aspiration et le connecter
au filtre de ligne. Enlever le bouchon qui ferme la connexion du manomètre sur la pompe. Donner courant au brûleur qui
partira: dès qu'il partira enlever la cellule photoélectrique FR de sa siège et l'illuminer. Le chargement sera completé quand
de la pompe sortira de l'huile sans air. Enlever la courant, placer la cellule photoélectrique FR dans sa siège et remettre
le bouchon sur la pompe.
2) Chargement du préchauffeur
Laisser le pont sur le thermostat minimum Tm. Deconnecter un fil de connexion de l'électrovanne VE1. Donner courant au
brûleur: le moteur et la pompe commenceront le chargement qui sera completé quand du flexible rétou sortira del 'huile sans
air. Avant du remplissement complet le brúleur se mettra en securité pour quelques fois. Réconnecter l'électrovanne VE.
Enlever le pont usr le thermostat minimum Tm. Le brúleur est prêt pour le fonctionnement automatique.
1) Befüllen der Anlage
Thermostat des Ölvorerwärmers - Tm - überbrücken. Saugschlauch mit Öl füllen und an Ölfilter anschließen.
Manometeranschluß öfnen. Brenner einschalten und Pumpe laufen lassen bis das Öl aus Manometeranschlußöffnung
herausfließt. Dabei die Fotozelle herausnehmen und anleuchten. Ausschalten und die Fotozelle wieder in Ihren Sitz
hineinschieben.
2) Befüllen des Ölvorwärmertanks
Ölvorwärmer überbrückt lassen.Kabelanschluß zu VE (VE1) abklemmen. Brenner einschalten und laufen lassen bis aus
dem Rûcklaufschlauch Öl ohne Luftblasen herausströmt. VE wieder anschließen Brücke Tm entfernen Danach wird der
Brenner automatisch laufen.
