durch Nichtbeachtung verursacht werden, erlischt der Garantieanspruch. Für Folgeschäden, die daraus resultieren,
wird keine Haftung übernommen.
Allgemein
Der NF-Handmelder zur aP-Montage wird zur manuellen Auslösung eines Alarmes oder einer Gefahrenmeldung in
trockenen, nicht explosionsgefährdeten Betriebsstätten in Entfernungen bis zu 20km als niederfrequente
Datenübertragung eingesetzt. Die Montage der Anschlusstechnik erfolgt auf einer Hutschiene.

Der NF-Handmelder darf gemäß EN54-11 nicht als Handfeuermelder an einer Brandmelderzentrale
betrieben werden. Der Betrieb ist ausschließlich an Gefahrenmelderzentralen als Auslösevorrichtung
zulässig!
Anschaltung
Der Handmelder wird über die Anschlusstechnik (Art.-Nr. 772180) an der TAL-Gruppe der Gefahrenmelderzentrale
betrieben. Für den Betrieb an Zentralen des Systems 8000 / IQ8Control ist ein esserbus
2-Relais mit entsprechend programmierter TAL-Funktion)
Zentralendokumentation entnehmen. Die 24 V DC Spannungsversorgung sollte über ein externes Netzteil (z.B. Art.-
Nr. 785655) erfolgen. Eine überwachte Anschaltung passiver Fremdmelder ist zulässig.

Fernmeldekabel I-Y(St)Y n x 2 x 0,8 mm mit besonderer Kennzeichnung oder Brandmeldekabel
verwenden! Kabelabschirmung auf Klemme PE des Melders und der Anschlusstechnik verdrahten!

Max. Kontaktbelastung des Schalters S2: 30V DC / 1A.
Bedienung
Auslösung des Melders: Glasscheibe einschlagen und Druckknopf bis zum Einrasten tief drücken.
Die Auslösung wird durch die Leuchtdiode angezeigt.
Testbetrieb: Meldertür mit dem Schlüssel öffnen und den Druckknopf bis zum Einrasten tief drücken.
Melder-Reset: Die Rückstellung erfolgt durch manuelle Betätigung des Arretierhebels.
Falls erforderlich, neue Glasscheibe einsetzen.

Mit der Anschlusstechnik erfolgt die Signalauswertung für jeweils eine NF-Strecke.

General
The LF Manual Call Point for surface mounting provides a manual activation of fire or hazard alarm in internal non-
hazardous areas, as a low frequency transmission unit with a total distance of 20 km. The terminal card must be mounted
on a suitable mounting rail.
Wiring
This Manual Call Point is designed to be connected via the terminal card (Part No. 772180) to a TAL zone of a Hazard
®
-Koppler (z.B. 4-Gruppen / Alarm Control Panel. For System 8000 / IQ8Control operation a transponder (e.g. 4zone / 2relay transponder with
erforderlich. Abschlussbeschaltung bitte der programmed TAL operation mode) is required. Refer to the panels manual for end-of-line details. The 24 V DV supply
should be connected to an external power supply unit (e.g. Part No. 785655). Monitoring of a connected conventional
third-party detectors is possible.
Operation
To operate the MCP: Break the glass and press the button until it engages.
Operation will be confirmed by the indicating LED.
To test the unit: Open the housing door by using the key and press the button until it engages.
To reset the unit: Reset the operating lever and close door with new glass if required.

This LF Manual Call Point- must not be operated as a fire alarm detector for fire alarm systems in accordance
to the standard EN54-11. It is suitable only for operation in Hazard alarm systems as release device!
