LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS TO THE PARMIGIANI FLEURIER INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
The warranty shall not cover the following cases:
• Any defects caused by use or handling which are unsuited to the nature of the product or which contravene the
recommendations issued by Parmigiani Fleurier, or those caused by negligence, accident, normal wear and tear or a
technical intervention carried out by a third party not authorised by our manufacture.
• Any defects resulting from fitting accessories which are not original Parmigiani Fleurier components.
• Any indirect damages resulting from use, lack of accuracy, failure to operate or any other fault with the product.
• The battery life for quartz watches.
• Leather or rubber straps.
No claims for damages or requests to subsequently cancel the sale or for a subsequent reduction in the sale price will be
considered.
