3.6 Using the DATA mode
The pedometer allows you to store data from ve training sessions in the memory, along with the
date and duration of the session, the number of steps, the distance covered and the calories burned.
Saving information:
As soon as a reset has been done in the STEP mode, the information is automatically recorded in the
DATA mode. The last session completed is always saved in the R1 le. Once a new session has been
saved in R1, the information in the memory is moved from the R2 le to the R3 le and so on... When
the 5 memories are full, the earliest one (R5) is deleted when you next save a session.
Viewing the saved information:
- Select DATA mode using the MODE button.
- The top line displays the date (dd.mm) and the le number (R1, R2...). The bottom line displays the
exercise time for the saved session.
- Select the le that you want to look at using the RESET button.
- You can then check the saved data by pressing the SET button. The number of steps and the distance
covered are displayed. Press SET once again to look at calories burned and the exercise time.
- When consulting the data in a le, you can check the same data in the next le by pressing RESET.
(e.g.: if you are checking out the calories in le R1, press RESET to see the calories in le R2).
Resetting saved information to zero:
- Select the le you want to delete using the RESET button.
- Hold the RESET button down for 3 seconds. « DEL » will appear for a moment on the screen as the
le is deleted.
- The next archived le then replaces the deleted le. (If you delete le R3, le R4 will take its place
in the memory).
- If you hold the RESET button down for a further 3 seconds, all of the les will be deleted. « No » will
appear on the screen to show that the 5 memories are empty.
