- Any inappropriate use or non-compliance
with the operating instructions renders the
warranty and the manufacturer's liability null
and void.
Instructions for Use
- Prepare the appliance with the acces-
sory required according to the food to be
prepared:
a) Screens with holes
These screens allow mincing meat with a
coarser or finer texture depending on the
size of the holes in the disc.
-Insert the mincing head into the motor
body securing with the clamp for the blade
holder (fig 1)
-Insert the endless screw through the outlet
mouth of the mincing head (fig2)
-Position the blade in the endless screw
with the cutting edge pointing towards the
endless screw (fig3)
-Insert one of the three screens with holes
in the endless screw, fitting the outlets of
the screen in the notches of the outlet
mouth edge of the mincing head (fig4)
-Screw the sealing ring tightly in the outlet
mouth of the mincing head turning clock-
wise to fit the endless screw, blade and the
screen with holes (fig 5).
- Position the tray at the top of the mincing
head.
Note: it is recommended to cut the meat
into pieces measuring 3 to 4 cm
b) Nozzle for filling sausages
-Insert the mincing head into the motor
body securing with the clamp for the blade
holder (fig 1)

-Insert the endless screw through the outlet
mouth of the mincing head (fig2)
-Position the blade in the endless screw
with the cutting edge pointing towards the
disc to avoid cutting the meat more (fig3).
-Insert the screen with the largest holes in
the endless screw, fitting the outlets of the
screen in the notches of the filling mouth
edge of the mincing head (fig4).
-Insert the nozzle for filling sausages via the
sealing ring.
-Screw the sealing ring tightly in the outlet
mouth of the mincing head turning clock-
wise to fit the endless screw, blade and the
nozzle for filling sausages (fig 6).
- Position the tray at the top of the mincing
head.
Note: it is recommended to let the skins
soak for 30 minutes in lukewarm water to
soften them
Introduce the skins by sliding them along
the nozzle for filling sausages.
c) accessory for Kebbe
-Insert the mincing head into the motor
body securing with the clamp for the blade
holder (fig 1)
-Insert the endless screw through the outlet
mouth of the mincing head (fig2)
-Insert the accessory for base Kebbe (J) in
the endless screw and position the other
Kebbe accessory (K) (fig7) on top, fitting
the outlets in the edge notches of the filling
mouth.
-Screw the sealing ring tightly turning
clockwise to fit the accessories for Kebbe in
the endless screw (fig8).
- Position the tray at the top of the mincing
head.
