IMPORTANT! Do not use this
appliance near bath tubs, wash
basins or other water containers!
Never place the appliance in
water!
• I f the appliance is used in the bathroom,
remove the plug from the socket after
use, as bringing it close to water is
dangerous even if the appliance is
switched off.
• F or enhanced safety, it is recommended
to install a differential circuit breaker with
a nominal operating differential current

that does not exceed 30 mA (10 mA
is ideal) in the electric circuit of the
bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
• Before connecting the appliance, please make sure that the
voltage indicated on the identification plate corresponds to that
of the mains voltage. The identification plate is found on the
appliance.
• Do not use adapters, power strips and/or extensions. In the event
that the plug does not correspond to the socket, have a qualified
technician replace it with a corresponding one.
• Comply with the following fundamental rules for using an
appliance:
- Do not touch the appliance with damp or wet hands or feet.
- Do not use the appliance barefoot.
- Do not pull the power cable or the appliance itself to remove the
plug from the socket.
- Do not expose the appliance to humidity or weather conditions
(rain, sun, etc.).
• Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply before
cleaning or performing maintenance and when the appliance is
not in use.
• Do not use the appliance in the event of damaged casing or power
cable or in the event the appliance is malfunctioning. If the power
cable is damaged it must be replaced by an authorised technical
service centre, so as to prevent all risks.
