► The first waffles may stick to the
upper hotplate although it was oiled.
This will stop happening after a few
times.
Remove the finished baked waffle.

► In order not to damage the coating of
the hotplate, only use heat-resistant
cutlery made of plastic or wood.

Switching off

If you no longer wish to bake further

waffles, pull the plug out of the mains
socket.
Wait until the appliance has cooled
‹
down before cleaning and storing.

Cleaning and care

Before beginning, pay attention to the
safety instructions in the Safety section!
Clean the appliance after each use.

Wipe all parts of the appliance with a

damp cloth.

Storage

If you do not intend to use the appliance
for a longer period of time, clean it as de-
scribed in the section Cleaning and care.
Wind the connecting cable onto the cable
winder (7).
Store the appliance at a dry, clean and
frost-free location which is protected
against direct sunlight.
