Quick Setup - Oxygen HYDRA 230V Technische Bedienungsanleitung

Oxygen Automation strongly suggests to install mechanical stops, both in opening and in closing, for an accurate and reliable installation in time.
The Hydra control unit works with working times and adds a few seconds automatically to always guarantee total opening and closing in all conditions (bad
weather, strong wind, snow and rust). If you do not have mechanical stops, you must enable the slowdowns (DIP6 = ON)
1) Make two jumpers between 11 - 17 and 11-18 and set DIP n. 4, 9, 10, 11, 12 to ON so that all safety devices (factory) are excluded 7 LEDs on
2) Check that the capacitors are connected between the black and brown cables of each motor (in parallel).
The colors of the cables are: Grey = common, Brown and Black = opening and closing
3) To save the remote controls:
- You can save the remote controls only if the gate is closed.
- Leave DIP2 = OFF (factory)
- Switch on the card with the 230V and wait for the gate to close automatically (if it opens, invert the brown and black of the motors) If it stays still, it means that
it is already closed
- With the gate closed, press and release button P1, the LED lights up
- Press a button on the remote control, the LED flashes
- Wait 10 seconds until the LED goes out = Remote control programmed
If this procedure does not work, perform the RESET memory procedure and repeat it.
4) Follow the "Time setting" procedure step by step, with one or two doors depending on your kit. Do not press the P1 button in case of 2 doors.
5) connect the external photocells as shown in figure 2 (If it has two pairs of photocells, the two contacts of the receivers must be connected in series)
Remove the jumper between 11 and 18. Do not remove the jumper 11 -17.
6) Optional, connect the external light as shown in figure 1 (to activate the flashing)
7) Adjust the force, as indicated in the relevant chapter. A correct setting is between 3 and 5 flashes for electro-mechanical motors.

- Wait for wing displacement (we suggest 2 Or 3 seconds)
- Press Remote Control Button - Second wing opens
- First wing is opened - Wait for 1 or 2 seconds - Press Remote Control Button to stop it

stop it
- Wait for desired pause time in opening (normally between 10 and 30 seconds)
- Press Remote Control Button - Second wing closes
- Wait for wing displacement (we suggest 2 or 3 seconds)
