Switch the massager on by sliding the button into position for the
massage or position to activate massage and infrared function.
Press the massaging feet on painful contracted muscles for a relaxing
sensation.
To switch the appliance off, move the button to the "0" position.
To remove the massaging feet accessory (5), rotate it anticlockwise and
use the infrared function (6) for deeper penetration into the muscle tissue.
To apply the GEL accessory (4), connect it onto the massager with the
top arrow symbol at a distance of about one centimetre to the left of the
bottom arrow symbol and rotate it clockwise until the accessory locks in
place.
Massage types.
With 4 feet: Use the node accessory with the "vibration" function for
simultaneous stimulation in several points (Fig.1).
The rubber cover can be removed to obtain a more superficial massage,
while for a deeper massage it is recommended that the nodes be left in
place.
The possibility to remove the nodes also allows convenient cleaning.
Whit GEL accessory - cold massage (m243 only): Keep the accessory
in the refrigerator for at least 30 min. and use it with the "vibration only"
function to invigorate tired muscles.
Ideal for massages to be carried out on localized parts of the body in
specific points (Fig.2).
Whit infrared: Use the "vibration + infrared" function for deeper penetration
into the muscles with a pleasant sensation of warmth (Fig.2)
