Fitting Procedure

This section explains the procedure for fitting the
DSBK-120/120P into the VCR. Where it is necessary
to discriminate the VCR models, the model names are
indicated before the explanations, as "[DSR-85/85P]"
and "[DSR-80/80P]".

Remove the top cover from the
VCR, then remove the board
retainers (1) and (2).

[DSR-85/85P]
Remove the DDE-4 board.
Seen from the front of the
VCR, the DDE-4 board is in
the third slot from the left.
Check that it matches the "N
DDE" indication engraved in
the top of the slot frame.
[DSR-80/80P]
Remove the DV-15 board.
Seen from the front of the
VCR, the DV-15 board is in
the third slot from the left.
Check that it matches the
"NDV" indication engraved
in the top of the slot frame.
Note
After removing the board,
place it carefully on a level
surface such as a workbench,
with the metal cover
underneath.
