Never use cleaning products or abrasive products because those change the natural
properties of the stone.

Do not scratch the stone with a sharp object in order not to damage the surface.

Never immerse the stone in water.

The stone and the pans are not dishwasher-safe.

If you have grilled fish on the stone, it is recommended to rub the stone lightly with vinegar
or lemon juice.
Cleaning of the base

washing-up liquid.

PARTY IDEAS AND RECIPES
Provencal tomatoes:
Make a paste of crushed garlic, salt,
chopped parsley and olive oil. Spread onto
halved tomatoes. Place in the raclette pans
and cook for 10 minutes.
