USER MANUAL
Press "ON/OFF, HOLD" button to turn on the thermometer. Press again the
button for the hold function.
To turn off the thermometer press 5 seconds.
Press "MAX/MIN, °C/°F" button to display the temperature maximum. Press
again to display the temperature minimum. Press a third time to display the
actual temperature.
When MAX and MIN display on the screen, hold the button 5 seconds to clear
the memory.
When MAX or MIN are not on the screen, press the button 5 seconds to switch
the temperature unit °C or °F
