OPERATIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT IF THE COUNTER IS GOING TO REMAIN
UNUSED FOR A PROLONGED TIME
1) Unplug the unit (Phot. 4)
2) Carry out the operations indicated in paragraph "PERIODIC CLEANING".
3) Cover the unit with a curtain, place it in a dry room and sheltered from the atmospheric agents.
4) To restart the equipment please contact our after-sales service staff.
TEMPERATURE SETTING
The appliance is equipped with automatic devices for temperature setting and for correct working,
hence there are no setting operations to be performed by the user.
INCONVENIENCES
Malfunctioning of these coolers is mainly due to faulty electric installation.
1) The appliance does not work:
Check whether it is plugged in correctly to the socket and whether there is load voltage. If after
this check the cabinet does not kick off, disconnect it and contact the after sales assistance service.
For any other kind of inconvenience, such as:
2) Inner temperature not low enough
3) Noisy appliance
4) Neon lighting on the display not working
5) Water on the floor near the cabinet
do not try to solve the above problems, but always get in touch with the after sales assistance service.
This appliance makes an automatic defrosting every 4 hours. If you want
to set a defrosting time, just defrost the unit manually by rotating with a
screwdriver Timer pivot (2) (see page 27). During the defrosting period,
the resulting water is collected into a stainless steel tray and dispelled by
an automatic electrical evaporating system. In case of fault, the security
thermostat breaks the voltage to the electrical resistance, and the water
overflows on to the floor; the operator must reset the thermostat stud (3)
only after having eleiminated the cause of the fault. (always make
reference to the 'SERVICE BULLETIN').
