Installation Instructions
• The LM-IRB is installed in the luminaire or fitted into ceilings or channel ducts (fitted with the terminal
covers supplied.)
• The IRED infrared sensor is connected directly to the LM-IRB.
• The length of the line between the LM-IRB and the IRED may not exceed 50m.
• The mains is connected to terminals L and N unswitched.
• Transfer of the infrared signal is performed by an extra-low voltage function (not an extra-low safety
voltage). We recommend the use of installation material designed for 230V AC mains voltage installation.
• Two twisted or stranded non-shielded conductors (2 x 0,75mm
of the two bus strands may be reversed.
Safety instructions
• Protection class II will only be guaranteed with correctly installed terminal cover and strain relief.
• Installation of this device may only be carried out by specialist staff who have provided proof of their
skills.
• The power supply must be switched off before handling the device.
• The relevant safety and accident prevention regulations must be observed.
• Interruption of the PEN conductor during operation can lead to destruction of the unit and connected
operating devices.

Instructions pour l'installation
• Le LM-IRB est monté incorporé dans le luminaire ou prévu pour montage en goulotte ou conduit de
câbles avec les capots de bornier fournis.
• Le capteur infrarouge IRED se raccorde directement au LM-IRB.
• La longueur de ligne entre le LM-IRB et IRED ne doit pas dépasser 50m.
• Raccorder sur les bornes L et N la tension secteur.
• La transmission des signaux infrarouge se fait sur réseau basse tension (réseau sécurisé inutile). Nous
recommandons l'utilisation de matériels pour fonctionnement sur réseau 230V AC.
• Pour les lignes de bus prévoir deux conducteurs torsadés non blindés (p. ex. 2 x 0,75mm
conducteurs sont à polarité interchangeable.
Sécurité et précautions d'emploi
• Classe de protection avec cache-borne correctement installé et serre-fils.
• L'installation de cet appareil doit obligatoirement être réalisée par un technicien qualifié.
• Couper l'alimentation électrique avant toute intervention sur l'appareil.
• Respecter la réglementation en matière de sécurité et de prévention des accidents en vigueur.
• L'interruption du conducteur neutre pendant le fonctionnement risque d'endommager
irrémédiablement le module et les modules de commande qui y sont raccordés.
