CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the appliance before the maintenance. Do
not use abrasive and aggressive cleaning agents.
Do not immerse kettle or base part into the
water or any other liquids (not even parti-
cularly)!
The normal use of the kettle causes sedimentation
of water impurities. You can clean the kettle using
the following steps:
1. Always unplug the appliance before the
cleaning. Clean the kettle and base with damp
cloth with cleaning agent. Never use aggressive
agents or scourer.
2. Clean the sedimentations regularly, approxi-
mately once a week, in accordance of water
hardness and frequency of use. The sedimen-
tations cause the lower efficiency of kettle.
3. Remove the sedimentations and fill the kettle
with water and vinegar (50/50). Boil the mixture
and let it be for a night. You can empty the
kettle the second day, fill the kettle with clean
water and boil it. Do not use this water too.
4. You can use also other suitable agent for
cleaning of sedimentations. Follow the
instructions for use of cleaning agents.
SERVICE
The important maintenance or repair of inner parts of appliance must do only authorized
service center.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

- Prefer recycling of package materials and old appliances.
- The packaging box of the kettle can be recycled.
- The plastic polyethylene (PE) bags can be recycled.
Recycling of the appliance in the end of service time:
- Plastic materials signed like that, as well as the other materials could be recycled in
the end of service life.
- You can be informed by you local authorities.
