Inokey does not need any special maintenance but the sensor should be always
clean. If greasy or dirty fingers are often used, the sensor becomes dirty and can
begin performing poorly. The sensor should be gently cleaned with a soft and
damp cloth.
ANY AGGRESSIVE SOLUTIONS, ACIDS, POLISHING PASTES OR ABRASIVE CLEANERS
SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR CLEANING THE INOKEY. RUBBING THE SENSOR WITH
HARD AND SHARP OBJECTS CAN LEAD TO SENSOR MALFUNCTION AND CONSEQUENTLY LOSS
OF WARANTY.
LED PHOTOTOREGULATOR
If there is a LED lighting installed in the same door
as the Inokey, it is possible to adjust at what level of
brightness the LED lights will turn on by turning the
small knob on the control unit.
Turning the knob clockwise will increase the photo
sensitivity and the LED lights will turn on already in re-
duced brightness. Turning the knob counter clockwise
will decrease the sensitivity and the LED lights will turn
on only when it gets dark.
Depending on where the door is installed, shadow
and brightness conditions vary, so usually some de-
gree of regulation is needed.

SWITCHING THE BLUE LED OFF/ON

BUTTON 1 ON THE CONTROL UNIT SHOULD BE PRESSED AND
HELD FOR 10 SECONDS. 3 SHORT BEEPS WILL BE HEARD AND
THE BLUE LED WILL BE SWITCHED OFF.
Blue LED will start blinking but the button should not
be released until three beeps are heard.
There is an option to turn off the blue LED which is
continuously shining while deviec is in stand by mode.
Performing this operation will not turn off other light
signals. The same procedure should be used to switch
the blue LED back on.
