5. Pull the sleeve so that the upper and lower
edges are equally tight around your arm

(please make sure the sleeve is fastened in
the "orange sleeve indicator" zone.)
6. When the sleeve is positioned correctly, firmly press the self-adhesive strip
against the velvet portion of the sleeve.
7. The sleeve should be enclosed so that it is comfortably set and remains in
place. You should be able to place a finger between the sleeve and your arm.
8. Sit on a chair with your feet on the ground and your arm resting on a table so
that the sleeve is at the same level as your heart.
9. Relax your arm and turn your palm up.
10. Make sure that the air hose is not twisted.
ATTENTION:
therefore, measure your blood pressure on the same arm to ensure comparability
of the two readings.
PROCEDURE FOR SETTING THE DATE AND TIME
1. Press the Time adjustment button "
the date and time; the "month" value will flash first.
2. To adjust this value, press the "M" button successively (the value ranges from
01 to 12).
3. Press " " again and follow the steps indicated above to then adjust the
other values of the date and time. Press the Time adjustment button "
again to confirm the adjusted value and record it.
