Functional Description
The jack is a manually operated hydraulic lifting device.
A pump ram generates hydraulic pressure on the load ram.
A non-return valve prevents any unintended lowering of the load.
The hydraulic is protected from overload via an integrated pressure-relief valve.
The load can be controlled lowered through its screw seat valve.
The jack can be loaded either horizontally or vertically due to its enclosed hydraulic system.
The load can be received either at the head or the claw. Due to safety precautions, it is only allowed to lift loads on
one side.
Operating Instructions
ATTENTION:
only operate the winch on a fixed and stable floor surface.
use supports if necessary.
ensure that the pump lever area is unobstructed
when lifting at the claw, place shims between the head of the jack and the load to
avoid any bending of the jack shaft.
Important Notes for Jack Usage
The hydraulic jack is only suitable for manual operation.
Place the jack at the area where the load will be lifted.
Always centre the load on the head (covering ø ⇒ min. of 60 mm at 5 t und
10 t jack; min. 80 mm at 25 t), or centre the load on the load centre of
gravity of the claw.
Don't raise the load on one side of the head.
Attention
Never raise the load on oil-filling screw
Position the jack in such a way that there is no need to reach under the
raised load.
When loading on the claw the load always has to be closed to the shaft.
The centre of gravity must be in the innermost section of the claw half.
