Battery installation and putting into operation
When first starting, insert the batteries (2× 1.5 V AAA) into the thermometer, then into the sensor
(2× 1.5 V AAA).
If using multiple sensors, set a different channel number for each sensor by the switch (1, 2, 3) located
under the battery cover before inserting batteries.
Make sure to insert the batteries with the correct polarity.
Improper insertion will damage the thermometer or sensor, which is not covered by the warranty!
Only use alkaline batteries of the same type, do not use rechargeable batteries.
If no signal from the sensor is detected, remove the batteries from the sensor and the thermometer
and repeat the procedure.
Low batteries in the thermometer or the sensor are indicated by a low intensity of display backlight
and the
icon.

Wireless sensor

We recommend placing the sensor on the north side of the house.
The sensor is resistant to dripping water, however, it should not be exposed to rain permanently.
The range of the sensor may decrease substantially in urban areas.
