PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN WHEN USING THE MACHINE
Before using the appliance, read these instructions carefully. Under no circumstances shall the
manufacturing Company be held responsible for any damage to people or property that may
be caused by a failure to follow the instructions given below or by improper use of the equipment.
-The appliance is for indoor use only.
- The appliance must not be used by children or inexperienced
people.
- The appliance must not be used if the supply lead or other
control members show evident signs of damage
- The appliance is equipped with a safety system with earth
plate. We recommend you check that the electrical installation
is provided with ground fault interrupter.
- Make sure that the mains electrical installation (230 V )
is provided with earth plate as required by regulations in
force. (Fig 1)
- Do not tug at the supply lead or at the appliance itself to
remove the plug from the wall socket (Fig 2)
- Remove the plug from the relevant socket before introducing
water into the tank.
- Do not leave the appliance running unattended; ALWAYS
switch it off before moving away from it (the appliance
remains under pressure for some time).
- Before attempting to carry out any maintenance or cleaning
operation, ALWAYS remove the plug from the power supply
socket.
- The appliance delivers steam at very high temperatures.
DO NOT under any circumstances point the steam jet in the
direction of people, animals or electric appliances (Fig. 3).
In particular, protect your eyes and hands when operating
the machine by wearing goggles and gloves as required
by accident prevention regulations.
