INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1.
This pot can be used for a wide variety of your favourite recipes. As a general rule of
thumb, cooking time will be cut down compared to using a conventional pot.
Always check the food around this time and make sure it is thoroughly cooked,
if necessary adjust cooking time and continue to cook.
2.
Minimum and maximum quantity levels are marked on the inside of the pot. It is
recommended not to use the pot with less than 200ml liquid or a small amount of oil to
avoid damage and the maximum levels should not be exceeded. If food expands during
cooking, then maximum content - Mark 1 level should not be exceeded during cooking,
for all other foods the maximum level would be maximum content - Mark 2.
3.
Because very little steam escapes, recipes require a lot less liquid than other
cooking methods.
4.
Check your recipe at around
you will cook for, rather than overcook it.
5.
Often by looking through the glass lid you can see how a dish is progressing without
needing to lift the lid.

A GUIDE TO INGREDIENTS

There are no specific ingredients required for your CookQuick Pot. It can be used for a wide
range of favourite recipes. Never use the pan with the lid in place to deep fry foods.

ADAPTING YOUR OWN RECIPES

After you have made some of the recipes supplied you may wish to adapt a few of your
own recipes.
Start by selecting one of the recipes in this booklet, which is similar to your own and use this
as a guide.
Usually recipes require less time compared to standard cooking time and they also require a lot
less liquid as very little steam escapes from the pot.
