Your CookQuick Pot with its clear lid is very simple to use, and in general cuts the
cooking time on other conventional cooking methods, by holding in the steam
that would normally escape making your food more nutritious. It is a wonderful
way to cook vegetables, meat, fish and fruits, which through the speed of cooking
retains their natural vibrancy and also because of the loss of steam keeps more
nutrients in the food. It's very simple to use and will soon become one of your
favourite cooking pans.
