• Before use, ensure the pressure release valve is able to move and not stuck.
• Do not use the pot without any liquid. The pot should not be left to boil dry as it will cause
damage to the pot.
• Do not operate empty.
• Pressure develops during cooking, so always make sure the lid is closed properly before
commencing cooking.
• Do not go below the minimum or above the maximum indicated levels for liquid and food.
• Do not use in the oven.
• Only touch or pick the pan up by the handles when hot.
• Steam should be released throughout cooking through the steam pressure release valve,
this regulates the pressure building inside and is normal.
• Do not wash the lid and pot in the dishwasher. Wash all parts with hot water and
washing-up liquid. Rinse them with clean water. Dry the parts off in order to avoid
water spots.
• Do not use this lid with any other pots.
