4.3 - Use foreseen
The machine is destined to heat (temperature 115 - 150°C) frames and no other use must be made,
other than that established by the manufacturer.
4.4 - Safety warnings
- The machine must be utilized by skilled personnel and fully aware of existing dangers.
- Do not touch the hot surfaces.
- Do not use the machine near inflammable materials, such as acetone.
- Do not introduce material through the suction vent-holes.
- Do not introduce liquids through the vent-holes.
- Do not open the machine before it has been turned off and cooled down.
- Do not block the air inlets on the instrument: this would jeopardize the correct functioning of the
machine.
- The heating outlets are equipped with grates which permit a protection degree equivalent to IP30,
in the manipulation of filiform products, the use must nevertheless consider this protection
degree.
5 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATOR
5.1 - Control commands and units
The console of the frame heater is composed of a bright switch for the control of general fan start-up
and of the heating unit.
5.2 - Relative indications for use
5.2.1 - Start-up
The machine is started up through a voluntary action on a control device, acting as the general
switch.
5.2.2 - Stopping and emergency operations
Machine stoppage is carried out by placing switch onto 0 position (OFF).
Emergency stopping is obtained through network sectioning, pulling out the plug.

6 - MAINTENANCE

6.1 - Cleaning
The machine requires no maintenance: for cleaning, insulate the machine by turning off the electri-
city. Eventual operations regarding the electric part inside the casing must be carried out by author-
ized and trained personnel. A danger signal will be given, if maintenance is carried out on electrical
equipment with the machine still connected.
