Warranty and rectification of fault and deficiencies

Goods that within 12 months from delivery show themselves
to be subject to faults and deficiencies for which the Seller is
accountable,
and which the Customer should not to have discovered upon
delivery or installation and which immediately after the dis-
covery of the fault or deficiency and within the time limit are
sent to the Seller's address shall be replaced so that the
Seller repairs or replaces the goods free of charge or refunds
the cost of the goods. GB
