2- Remove the metal tongue with pliers (see

3.2 Water connection
Connection to the water system
It is necessary to place a mechanical filter bet-
ween the water system and the water con-
nection of the steam condenser.
Before connecting the water pipe to the steam
condenser, please let a certain quantity of
water flow to clean the duct from any eventual
remainder.
Condensation water drain:
The drain of the steam condensation water is
placed on the lower part of the steam con-
denser and must be connected to an open
drain with a rigid or a flexible pipe. The dia-
meter of the pipe cannot be smaller to the dia-
meter of the drain connection.
Please avoid narrow passages and elbows for
metal ducts on flexible ducts along the whole
run of the drain pipe.

WARNING:
The appliance cannot be cleaned with a jet of
water.
Never wash the cooking chamber with acids
or aggressive detergents. Use only water and
soap

different operators that work with the applian-

For any eventual repair, please apply only to

ginal UNOX spare parts.
Failure to observe the above suggestions can
compromise safety of the appliance and the
guarantee cannot be recognized anymore.
2. NOTES FOR USE
Premise:
This appliance must be used only in the way in
which it was expressly intended. The ovens
were designed to cook food as here below
described. Every other use is to be considered
improper.
The steam condenser allows you to condense
the fumes that come out of the cooking room;
it injects cold water on the fumes exhaust
chimney and make the fumes condense.
3. STEAM CONDENSER FUNKTIONING
The steam condenser is controlled directly
from the control panel of the oven: when the
oven is in the START position, the steam con-
denser is working.
You do not find any control on the steam con-
denser.
