Warranty terms

A ten-year warranty is given on RH
Extend models. The warranty is valid
from the date of delivery and covers
functional, material and production
defects, providing the product is used
with care under normal circumstances
(e.g. eight hours per day). For longer
use (e.g. 24 hours per day), a one-year
warranty applies. A five-year warranty
is given on the ESD version under the
condition that casters and caster-rims
are cleaned regularly with a suitable
cleaning solution. The warranty cov-
ers parts but not labour. The warranty
does not cover C.O.M fabrics.

Garantiebedingungen

Auf sämtliche Stuhlmodelle gewähren
wir 5 Jahre Garantie. Die Garantiefrist
beginnt ab dem Monat, in dem die
Lieferung erfolgt. Sie umfasst produk-
tionsbedingte Funktions-, Material-
und Fertigungs-mängel, sofern das
Produkt vorschrifts-mäßig gepflegt
und benutzt (8 Std./Tag) wurde. Bei
längerem Gebrauch (z. B. 24 Std./Tag)
gewähren wir 1 Jahr Garantie. Die
Garantie umfasst lediglich Teile, nicht
evtl. zu erbringende Arbeitsleistungen.
Die Garantie gilt nicht für vom Kunden
eingeschickte Stoffe.
