Service Mode

1. Schalten Sie das Autoradio ein.
2. Schalten Sie die Funktion AF aus.
3. Schalten Sie das Autoradio aus.
4. Betätigen Sie die Tasten 1 + 3 gleichzeitig und halten Sie die
Tasten gedrückt.
5. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und halten Sie die Tasten noch für
ca. 1 Sekunde gedrückt.
6. Wählen Sie mit der Taste BND den gewünschten Wellenbe-
reich.
7. Drücken Sie die Stationstaste 4.
Achtung: Nach diesem Schritt wird die "4" ständig im Display
angezeigt
Sie verlassen den Service Mode durch Ausschalten des Autoradios.
Programmierung der Geräteparameter
Bitte achten Sie darauf, daß die Stationstasten vor der Pro-
grammierung mit bestimmten Frequenzen belegt werden
müssen (siehe Seite 4).
FM - ZF - Ablage
Künstliche Antenne (8 627 105 356) verwenden.

1. Schließen Sie das Oszilloskop an Meßpunkt MP 10 an.
2. Stellen Sie den Meßsender auf 98,1 MHz, mit 75 kHz Hub und
1 kHz Modulation ein.
3. Speisen Sie das HF-Signal E' = 30 dBµV in die Antennen-
buchse ein (Dämpfung der künstlichen Antenne beachten).
4. Das Gerät muß im Service Mode sein.
5. Drücken Sie die Stationstaste 1 (98,1 MHz).
Der Sendersuchlauf ist nicht mehr wirksam.
6. Stimmen Sie mit der SL-Wippe (
spannungsminimum an MP 10 ab.
7. Betätigen Sie die Stationstaste 1 erneut. Ist der eingestellte
Wert gespeichert, erscheint "PASS" im Display.
Im Anschluß an die ZF-Programmierung müssen Sie den Phasen-
schieberabgleich überprüfen.

Durch Ausschalten des Gerätes verlassen Sie den Service
Mode.
•
Für weitere Programmierschritte betätigen Sie die Stationstaste
"4" (Service Mode bleibt aktiv).

1. Switch the unit on.
2. Switch the function AF off.
3. Switch the unit off.
4. Press the push-buttons 1 + 3 simultaneously and hold them
depressed..
5. Switch the unit back on and hold on to the buttons for
approximately one more second.
6. Select the desired waveband with the BND pushbutton.
7. Press the station preset pushbutton 4.
Attention: After this step the "4" shows will be permanently
displayed.
You can quit the service mode by switching the radio off.
Programming of product parameters
Please observe that the station preset push-buttons have to be
programmed to specified frequencies before the parameter
"
programming (see page 4).

Use the dummy antenna (8 627 105 356).

1. Connect an oscilloscope to MP 10.
2. Adjust the signal generator to 98.1 MHz, modulated with 1 kHz,
75 kHz deviation.
3. Feed the RF signal E' = 30 dBµV into the antenna input
(observe the attenuation of the dummy antenna).
4. The unit must be in the service mode.
5. Press preset push-button 1 (98,1 MHz).
The automatic seek is no longer operable.
6. Use the rocker switch
minimum amplitude at MP 10.
7. Press preset push-button 1 again. With the adjusted value stored
the word "PASS" appears in the display.
After the IF-programming it is necessary to check the phase-shifter
alignment.

You can quit the service mode by switching the radio off.

To carry out other programming steps press the station preset
push-button "4" (the service mode remains active).
