Fitting Instructions

Getting started guide
1. Insert valve (C) through the cleaned valve
hole of the wheel rim. Position the spacer
ring (D) and screw on the cap nut (E).
2. Align the valve and tighten the cap nut
with 4 Nm.
3. Now screw the wheel sensor to the valve
with the fixing screw (A) with 2 Nm.
The wheel sensor must lie flat on the well of
the wheel rim.

Note: Position the mounting head ap-
prox. 15 cm behind the valve to rule out
damage to the wheel sensor.
3. Dismantling the sensor
Hold the sensor and loosen the fixing screw.
Remove the sensor from the valve. It is re-
commended to use new valves each time
the tyre is changed.

4. Sensor and valve assembly
Hold the sensor and position the valve,
the sensor and the screw. Feed the screw
through the sensor and screw the sensor
loosely to the valve. The angle of the sensor
can be adapted to the shape of the wheel rim.
5. Valve installation (with loosely screwed
on sensor)
Insert the valve through the valve hole in
the wheel rim, position the spacer ring and
screw on the cap nut until attached. Now
hold the wheel electronics on the valve and
align the valve.
6. Final assembly of the sensor
Finally, tighten the cap nuts. Max. 4Nm
Then tighten the fixing screw. Max. 2Nm
